Who we are

Elevate Studio is a wellness and creative studio in Loose, Maidstone, Kent. If you have any questions about this notice or your information, email elevatehouseinfo@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the topic of your enquiry and your message.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange any booking you ask about. We don’t use them for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell or share them with anyone else for their own purposes.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a booking.

Where it’s stored

The website is hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions and passes them on to us by email. Enquiries are then kept in our email inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any booking that follows, and then delete them.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies for tracking or advertising, and doesn’t load any third-party analytics.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing elevatehouseinfo@gmail.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
